Job updates
After your resume is done, Keen sends you open office jobs that fit it: the work, hours and area you told us. You choose how they come: email, text or both. You can switch any time.
- What they are: a short list of jobs, each checked as still open on the employer's own website, with a link to each one.
- How often: only when there's a job you'd be a real candidate for, and at most one update a week. In a busy area that can be a few jobs a week. In a smaller town, or if you're moving into a new kind of work, it can be one or two a month. If nothing fits, we don't send anything.
- When they start: within a few days of finishing your resume, once we've looked at the employers near you.
- How long: for as long as you want them.
- Tips by email: if you get email from us, we also send a short job search tip about every 10 days: spotting scams, reading a posting, getting ready for an interview. You can turn these off on their own.
- To change or stop: use the settings link at the bottom of any email or on your jobs page. Or reply STOP to any text and texts stop right away; we'll send one last text confirming it.
- For help: reply HELP to any text, or email [email protected].
- Cost: Keen doesn't charge for job updates. Message and data rates from your phone company may apply to texts.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of paying for anything. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We don't share your phone number or email with anyone else for their marketing. See our privacy page for everything we keep and how to have it deleted.
