Keen is run by Pleasant Products LLC. This page says what we keep about you, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated October 24, 2026.

What we keep

• What you type and tap: your last job title and the tasks you picked.
• A resume you already have: if you upload one, your browser pulls the text out of the file and we read that text once to start your new resume. We don't keep the file. The jobs and lines we pull from it become part of your new resume.
• What you say: if you talk through your work, we keep the words of that conversation so we can write your resume from them. We delete the conversation after 90 days.
• Your resume: the one we write with you, until you ask us to delete it.
• How to reach you: your name, and the email address or phone number you give us.
• What you want next: the kinds of jobs, the hours and the area you told us, so the job texts fit.
• Counts, not people: we count how many visitors reach each step of the site. Those counts carry no name, email or phone number.

We never ask for your Social Security number, your birth date or bank details, and we never will by text or phone.

Why we keep it

Only to write your resume and send you jobs that fit. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with employers or recruiters. When you apply for a job, you do that on the employer's own website, and you choose what to send them.

Who helps us run Keen

A few companies handle parts of the work for us, and see only what that part needs:

• Cloudflare runs the website, stores what you give us, and runs the AI that reads an uploaded resume and suggests tasks for your job title.
• ElevenLabs turns your voice into text during the conversation.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that helps turn your words into resume lines.
• Stripe handles payment. We never see your card number.
• Twilio sends the job texts, and an email service sends the job emails.

Your choices

• Stop the job texts: reply STOP to any text.
• Stop the job emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
• See or delete everything: email [email protected] and we'll send you what we have, or delete it, within 30 days.
