What Keen does

Keen helps you write a resume by talking through your work, then sends you open office jobs that match what you told us. You apply to each job yourself, on the employer's own website.

What Keen doesn't do

• Keen is not an employment agency. We don't place people in jobs, contact employers for you or promise that you'll be hired.
• We check that each job is still listed on the employer's website before we send it, but the employer decides who it hires, what it pays and when a job closes.
• We never charge you to apply for a job, and no employer pays us to send you its jobs.

Paying

Keen is free for our first users, and the job texts are included. If we start charging, we'll say so on this page first, you'll always see your finished resume before you pay anything, and nothing will renew.

If you ever pay and the resume isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.

Your resume

Your resume is yours. It's written from what you said, and you can change any line before you use it. Please make sure everything on it is true. You're responsible for what you send to employers.

Fair use

Please don't use Keen to make resumes for anyone without their say-so, or to copy the job listings for another service.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects what you've paid for, we'll tell you by email or text first.
