For job centers, libraries and SCSEP programs

Many of the people you help have done good work for years and haven't written a resume in a long time. Keen is built for that step. They talk about their work, and Keen writes the resume from what they said.

What your clients get

• A resume from a conversation. They open getkeen.app on a phone or computer, type their last job and talk for 10 to 20 minutes. There's a 10-minute short version that covers their last two jobs. The resume fills in on screen as they talk, and every line comes from something they said.
• Word and PDF by email, a few minutes after they finish, plus a page where they can print it.
• Job openings, when there are some. Afterward, Keen emails openings near them that fit the resume, at most once a week. That's thinner outside big cities and outside office work, so some weeks there's nothing, and we don't promise interviews or a job.

It works best for office work: front desk, admin, scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, customer service, insurance. Nobody has to type much, and a family member or one of your staff is welcome to sit with them. Keen never phones anyone. It reaches people by email, and later by text if they choose it.

Keen isn't available yet in California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut or Massachusetts.

What it costs

Nothing for your organization, and nothing for your clients while Keen is in early access. No card, nothing to cancel, and job openings are included. Before that changes, we'll talk with you first.

What we do with their information

We keep what they tell us to write the resume and send openings that fit it. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with employers or recruiters. We keep the words of the conversation, not a recording of their voice, and delete them after 90 days. Anyone can have everything deleted by emailing [email protected]. We never ask for a Social Security number, a birth date or bank details, and never ask for money by text or phone.

Give your clients a link with your organization's short name on the end, and we can tell you how many people started and finished a resume from it. You'll get counts, never names.
